Planning a wedding involves hundreds of details – and guest transport is one that is easy to overlook and later regret. A wedding minibus with driver is a convenient, safe and elegant solution that takes the stress off both the couple and their guests.

The classic approach: the bus collects guests from a few meeting points (city centre, residential areas, railway station) and takes them to the church or wedding venue. It is important that meeting points are agreed in advance and communicated to guests early.
In Silesia, popular meeting points include city centres of Katowice, Gliwice, Sosnowiec and Chorzów, from where the bus travels to the venue in Orzesze, Mikołów, Pszczyna or other local towns.
This is often the more complex part. Weddings end at different times and guests want to leave at different points. Options to consider:
Wedding transport is one of the first elements to book – at least 2–3 months before the wedding, and for popular dates (May bank holidays, June, August) up to 4–6 months in advance.
During wedding season, minibuses are booked very quickly. Once you have confirmed the date and venue, contact us about transport right away.
Wedding transport is charged as a flat fee, not by the kilometre. You pay a fixed amount for the night, however many trips the driver makes between the venue and your guests' homes.

💡 Each hour beyond the package: +200 PLN. The package covers six hours between 11pm and 5am. Starting earlier or finishing later costs 200 PLN per hour – and that is for the whole operation, not per minibus. Two buses running 9pm to 6am therefore come to 2,000 PLN plus three hours, 2,600 PLN in total.
The more buses you book, the less each one costs: the first is 1,200 PLN, the second only 800 PLN, the third 900 PLN. Three buses come to 2,900 PLN rather than the 3,600 PLN they would cost booked separately.
The package covers the driver's availability through the night, any number of trips within the agreed area, and coordination with the couple or their witnesses. Weddings held outside the Silesian metro area are quoted individually.
