If you are planning to hire a minibus with a driver in Silesia and wondering how much it costs – you have come to the right place. This article explains current rates, the factors that affect the price, and gives example quotes for popular routes.

How do we price a journey?

Minibus hire costs depend on several factors. We quote in two ways depending on the nature of the booking:

Factors that affect the final price

1. Distance

The longer the route, the higher the cost under per-kilometre billing. Note that we count mileage in both directions – the driver's journey to the passengers and the return to base.

2. Time of day and day of the week

Trips during night hours (10pm–6am) and on public holidays carry a 20% surcharge. Weekends are billed at standard rates.

3. Waiting time

If the minibus needs to wait for passengers (e.g. during a wedding or excursion), waiting time is charged at the hourly rate.

4. Number of pickup points

When collecting passengers from several locations (e.g. different districts or neighbouring cities), additional kilometres for the detour are added.
